This tool self-hosts an entire SEO platform, and gives your AI agent real SEO data instead of guesses. It is called OpenSEO. Free and open source on GitHub, over fifteen thousand stars, and it is built to replace Semrush and Ahrefs without the subscription. Here is the whole setup, actually running. Clone the repository from GitHub. Copy the example environment file. Then run one command. Docker compose, up, dash d. The first start builds the app, and takes a minute or two. Once it is running, open localhost on port three thousand one, and here it is, live, on my own machine. A real onboarding checklist, keyword research, rank tracking, site audits, all self-hosted. The only thing left is one API key, from DataForSEO, which the app itself walks you through. That is the whole setup. Your own SEO platform, self-hosted, talking straight to your AI agent.
